Celebrating our children/tamariki with a totally free, fun day for the whole whānau to enjoy.
Lots of fun activities including a bouncy castle, water slide, face painting and more.

We aim to be a zero-waste event so please bring your own drink bottles and don't forget your sunhat and sunscreen!

Free buses will be running to and from Children’s Day covering Hikurangi, Otangarei, Onerahi, Tikipunga, Kamo, Morningside and Smeaton Drive.

Please note that Children's Day Whangarei is a smoke-free, alcohol-free and dog-free event.
